Our surface treatments for stainless steel
We adapt the surface treatment to the steel's area of use and the requirements placed on the part. For components that must withstand heavy wear and exposure in demanding environments, powder coating is often used, as it provides a durable surface with good adhesion and high resistance. When there are specific requirements for color shades or a special surface finish, we choose wet coating instead. To give steel parts long-term protection against rust, galvanization is used, where a zinc coating effectively prevents corrosion even in exposed environments.
In addition to surface treatment of steel, we also offer methods for other metals. Stainless steel can be electropolished to achieve a decorative, shiny surface while enhancing corrosion protection. For aluminum, anodizing is used, which both improves corrosion resistance and provides an aesthetically pleasing surface.
